I was worried cork would feel rough, but the fine-grained surface is actually soft and grippy even when my hands get sweaty. The extra cushioning is a lifesaver for my knees during lunges, and I love that it's made from renewable materials.

The cork surface has a nice fine grain that doesn't get slippery even when my hands warm up mid-flow. Only downside is it's heavier than my old foam mat, so carrying it to class takes a bit more effort. Still, the renewable materials sold me.
