Pond of Harmony Nomad XL 軟木瑜伽墊

Finally, a mat that stays put even during my sweatiest flow. The 80 by 48 inch surface gives me plenty of room to stretch out without worrying about my hands slipping off the edge.

I do my sun salutations in a spare bedroom and the 80x48 size means I'm not constantly adjusting my stance to stay on the mat. The cork surface grips well even when my palms get sweaty mid-flow.

I'm 6'2" and my hands finally stay on the mat during wide-legged poses instead of landing on the floor. The 80x48 size means my whole flow fits without readjusting, which I didn't realize I needed until now.
