寧靜紅杉 Aura 軟木瑜伽墊

I’ve been using this mat for a few weeks now and my knees are way happier during floor poses. The cork surface stays grippy even when I’m sweating, and it’s noticeably thicker than my old mat.

The cork surface is much finer and softer than I expected, really gentle on my palms during downward dog. After a few weeks of use, the grip has actually improved with a little sweat, not worse. My knees finally feel supported on this mat without needing extra padding.

The cork surface is a nice upgrade from my old mat—it gives just the right amount of grip without feeling sticky. I do wish it were slightly wider, but the extra cushioning has been great for my knees during longer sessions.
