Aura 軟木瑜伽墊

I've been using this for hot yoga and it actually holds grip once I start sweating, unlike my old PVC mat. The extra cushioning really helps my knees during lunges and it doesn't slide around on the floor.

The cork surface has this fine-grained texture that actually grips better the sweatier my hands get, which I didn't expect. My knees stopped aching during pigeon pose thanks to the extra cushioning, and I like that it's made from renewable materials.

I've had this mat for a month and the extra cushioning is a game-changer for my sensitive knees. The fine-grained cork stays grippy even when I'm sweating through a hot flow.
