I spritzed this on before practice and the lavender really helps me settle into my breathing. The added grip on my cork mat was a nice surprise.

The rose in this is way more noticeable than I expected, and it lingers on my skin for a good hour after class. My cork mat actually feels tackier where I've sprayed it, which I didn't think would matter as much as it does. The 8oz bottle has lasted me almost two months of near-daily practice.
