Earth Rest 軟木瑜伽磚

I was nervous about trying a cork block, but the rounded edges make it surprisingly comfortable for both gripping and back support. It stays put on the floor without sliding around, which gives me way more stability in balancing poses.

The cork is way denser than the foam blocks at my studio, so it doesn't wobble at all in half moon. Rounded edges are a nice touch too, no digging into my ribs when I use it for supported bridge.

The rounded edges make it perfect for supporting my lower back in savasana—so much more comfortable than the sharp corners on my old foam block. Plus the solid cork doesn't wobble at all during balancing poses.
