The cork surface gives just enough grip without being sticky, and I love that it’s 6mm thick so my knees don’t ache during long floor poses.

I was worried 6mm wouldn't be enough under my knees during long floor sequences, but the plant foam has just the right give. The cork surface doesn't slide around on my mat either.

Didn't expect cork to feel this good under my knees during pigeon pose. The 6mm foam layer keeps my kneecaps from grinding into the hardwood, and it hasn't shed any crumbs like my old mat did.
