The 6mm triple-layer cork is thick enough to cushion my knees during push-ups but still rolls up easily for storage. I also appreciate how the natural texture gives good grip even when I'm sweating through a workout.

I've been doing yoga on this for a few weeks and my knees don't ache the way they did on my old PVC mat. The cork surface actually grips better once my hands get a little sweaty, and it doesn't slide around on the hardwood at all.
