My lower back has been tight from sitting all day, and rolling on this cork wheel releases the tension in my spine almost immediately. The firm surface gives just enough support without being too hard on my shoulders during chest openers.

My back feels so much better after just two weeks of using this during morning stretches, and the width is perfect for supporting my spine through backbends. The cork grips my mat and doesn't slip even when I'm sweaty.

I was worried the wheel would feel too firm, but the cork provides a nice amount of support while stretching my shoulders. It's helped me deepen backbends without straining, though I wish the diameter were just an inch larger for my height.
