Wasn't sure a strap could make a difference, but slinging this over my shoulder on the walk to class is way easier than juggling a rolled mat under my arm. The natural cotton grips nicely too, so it doesn't slip off mid-stride.

The cotton is thick and soft, no scratchy edges digging into my shoulder on the walk to class. I've been using it for months and it still looks brand new.

The natural cotton feels sturdy and well-made, and I like that it doubles as a sling. It holds my mat securely without slipping, though the strap could be just a bit longer for over-the-shoulder carry.
