플라이트 홈 코르크 요가 블록

The cork is much denser than my old foam block, which makes it feel rock-solid for supporting poses like triangle. It doesn't slip even when my hands get a little sweaty.

I was worried cork would feel rough against my skin, but these blocks are surprisingly smooth and dense. They don't budge at all during balance poses, which is exactly what I needed for my shaky half-moon. Solid purchase.

The rounded edges make such a difference when I press my hands into it during balancing poses—no sharp corners digging in. It's solid and stable under my weight, and I've actually started using it behind my lower back for extra support during seated stretches. Exactly what I needed.
