ポンドオブハーモニー コルクヨガブロック

Finally a yoga block that doesn't slip or slide during my practice. The rounded edges make it really comfortable to grip during balancing poses, and it's solid enough for deep backbends without wobbling.

I've been using these cork blocks for my daily pigeon and bridge poses, and the solid cork barely budges even when I lean my full weight into them. Way more stable than the foam blocks I used before, and they don't slide around on my mat.

The rounded edges make a real difference when I'm resting my back on this during reclined twists. It's heavy and solid in a good way, no wobbling under my hands in warrior poses.
