I love how the cork material provides just the right amount of grip without being sticky, and it's been a game-changer for opening up my shoulders during backbends.

My back feels noticeably better after just a few sessions using this wheel to open my shoulders. The cork surface provides just enough grip without being sticky.

I’ve been using it every evening to open up my shoulders, and the simple round shape makes it super easy to roll out my spine at my own pace. The firm surface gives solid support without feeling too hard, though I do have to be careful on carpet since it slides a bit.
